Terms & Conditions

1. About Greedyeye Design
Greedyeye Design provides creative services including graphic design, illustration, publishing support, and commissioned artwork. All work is carried out with care, professionalism, and respect for each client’s vision.
2. Starting a Project
A start-up fee is required before any work begins. This secures studio time, planning, and the initial creative process. The start-up fee is non-refundable once work has commenced.
3. Quotes & Pricing
All prices are agreed in advance based on the scope of the project. Any additional work outside the original agreement will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
4. Revisions & Changes
Each project includes an agreed number of revisions. Further revisions or changes beyond this may incur an additional charge, which will be clearly communicated.
5. Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided at the start of each project. While every effort is made to meet agreed deadlines, timelines may vary depending on feedback, revisions, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Commissioned Artwork & Paintings
Commissioned paintings are original, hand-created works. Reference images may be used as inspiration, but final pieces are artistic interpretations rather than exact replicas. Due to the bespoke nature of commissioned artwork, completed paintings are non-refundable.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, accurate information, and any required materials needed to complete the project. Delays in communication may affect project timelines.
8. Copyright & Usage
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Greedyeye Design retains copyright of all created work. Clients are granted usage rights for the purposes outlined in the project agreement. Greedyeye Design reserves the right to display completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes.
9. Publishing Services
For publishing-related projects, Greedyeye Design provides design and technical support. Final responsibility for content accuracy, ISBN ownership, and platform compliance remains with the author or publisher.
10. Payments
Final files or artwork are released once full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment terms are outlined clearly at the start of each project.
11. Cancellations
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the start-up fee and any completed work to date remain payable.
12. Communication & Care
Greedyeye Design values respectful and clear communication. All projects are approached collaboratively, with mutual trust and understanding.
13. Updates to These Terms
These terms may be updated occasionally. The most recent version will always apply to new projects.
