Refund Policy

Greedyeye Design provides bespoke creative services and commissioned artwork. Each project is approached with care, time, and individual attention.

Start-Up Fees

All start-up fees are non-refundable once work has begun. This fee secures studio time, planning, and the early creative stages of your project.

Creative Services

Due to the personalised nature of design, illustration, and publishing services, refunds are not offered once work has commenced. If a project is paused or cancelled, any completed work up to that point remains payable.

Commissioned Paintings

Commissioned paintings are created specifically for each client. As such, completed artworks are non-refundable. Reference images are used as inspiration, and the final piece is an artistic interpretation rather than an exact reproduction.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the unlikely event that Greedyeye Design is unable to complete a project, any payments made beyond the start-up fee will be reviewed and, where appropriate, refunded.

Communication

Clear communication and collaboration are encouraged throughout every project. Concerns should be raised as early as possible so they can be addressed during the creative process.

Digital Products & Files

Once final digital files have been delivered, refunds are not available.
